The Fundamentals program is an introduction to our gym and the style of training we use. We want our new members to be comfortable with our workouts and our system. We want new members to be able to properly perform the nine fundamental movements, and be prepared for the intensity of our group classes. Through the fundamentals program we hope to provide new members with a base of knowledge that will help them reach their lifetime fitness goals.

The fundamentals class is limited to 10-people per session. Clients will attend 4-sessions of highly instructional classes in order to join the group classes.

Fundamental classes are conducted on a Tuesday and Thursday evening 7pm – 8pm over a two week period. If you don’t want to wait or our schedule doesn’t fit your’s, then ask about personal training and begin training when you want to.
