Fundamental Program August

The fundamental program is a series of four 1 hour training sessions that will teach you the 9 fundamental movements in a small group environment. These fundamental movements are taught in a series of progressions that are easy to learn and develop from.

Each class will involve learning movements then a small workout at the end to ensure that you have learnt the movement and can perform the movements in a workout environment.

The program is conduct once monthly on Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm - 8pm. Session 1 Tuesday 13th, Session 2 Thursday 15th, Session 3 Tuesday 22nd and 4th Session Thursday 24th August.
