I think Dianne is intersting. It's a blood pressure gasser, but the adaptation neurologically from standing to inverted is interesting.

I wouldn't mind revisiting the WODs from the Australasian Games Qualifier.
Also More Diane, and Nate!!!
What about a back to back Fran WOD. ie: Fran, rest 10 mins, Fran again!!

Hey guys,
I've been doing WOD's from both cfx and other websites for a little while now, but i want to come in and have a dig. What would be the best way to do this?

Hey Vaughn,
Your best bet would be to get yourself into a Start-up session – its a one-on-one to get you familiar with the correct way to perform the movements. Even though you have some WODs under your belt, i'd still recommend doing these sessions to get you started.
I found the intensity is much higher at a box – you will find yourself pushing limits you didn't expect – and good form will make sure you can do that with a low risk of injury.
