15:55 – felt strong today even after a weekend at the cert. really enjoying double under work.

135KG – new pb for me. up 5kg from last week.

After the crazy 10 x 100m spring in the morning, went in again with Cam P and Al for our "Christine-ish" work out:

3 Rounds for Time

500m row
12 Half BW Thrusters
21 Box Jumps

Was pretty wasted after this morning, but dropped it in 16mins something, followed by 21 power hang cleans.
