Hi,

I am pretty new to the crossfit scene, and am loving every tortureous second Laugh I am just wanting to know I am having trouble with KIP's (slippery hands therefore no grip), because I am doing my workouts at a conventional gym  I cant use chalk and dont want to start wearing gloves. What else can I use?

Hi


I haven't used this product before, however I have heard of some body builders using this product.  Don't know if it is any good but may be worth having a look at.  If it works let me know!
