	<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p>
<p>I am pretty new to the crossfit scene, and am loving every tortureous second <img title="Laugh" src="/wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-laugh.gif" alt="Laugh" />&#160;I am just wanting to know I am having trouble with KIP&#39;s (slippery hands therefore no grip), because I am doing my workouts at a conventional gym&#160;&#160;I cant use chalk and dont want to start wearing gloves. What else can I use?</p>
