This years Christmas party will involve participation from all attending.

THEME: Hollywood or Super Hero

You will be required to come dressed as your favorite Hollywood actor or favorite Super Hero.

To keep you on your toes and to add some incentive to the scenario CFX will be putting up a 3 months membership to the best dressed on the night.

CFX is a team of Coaches brought together by a belief in the Foundations and Principles of CrossFit. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic.
