42 GHD Sit-ups
15 Back squat,
30 GHD Sit-ups
9 Back squat,
18 GHD Sit-ups

  7. 11:01 – 50kg and 21-15-9 GHD situps (last 9 were abmat due to GHD availability)

    10 GHD + 32 ab mat
    10 GHD + 20 ab mat
    18 GHD.

  9. 13ish 45kg & ghds for 42 & 30, ab mat for 18

  10. 9.40 @ 40kg (poor effort), AB mat sit ups, need to work on GHD sit ups!

  12. It was either 12:42 or 13:42 something like that…a few of us finished within a second or 2 of eachother so hopefully they post up!
