50 Double-unders
40 Sit-ups
30 Medicine ball cleans, 9/7kg
20 Pull-ups
10 Handstand push-ups

Scaled movements as required

    6 kg ball… Didn’t realise it was 7kg in the WOD!

    Would of done that dammit! Next time…
