Three rounds for time of:
75/50 Front squat, 5 reps
18 Pull-ups
100/70kg Deadlift, 5 reps
18 Toes-to-bar
75/50kg Push jerk, 5 reps
18 Hand-release push-ups

Scaled Option A

60/40 Front squat, 5 reps
18 Pull-ups
80/60kg Deadlift, 5 reps
18 Toes-to-bar
60/40kg Push jerk, 5 reps
18 Hand-release push-ups

Scaled Option B

50/35 Front squat, 5 reps
18 Pull-ups
70/50kg Deadlift, 5 reps
18 Toes-to-bar
50/35kg Push jerk, 5 reps
18 Hand-release push-ups

    24.12 (?) 50kg FS and PJ and 80kg DL – weights felt relatively easy – need to do slightly more next time…

    Tried to do TTB but just short most of the time
    half the pushups were on knees
