  5. 21.53 – green band PUs, HSPU on knees (again). Compared to last time…. 23.30 PU with green and blue resistance band…nearly 2 mins quicker this time with harder PUs :)

  10. 23:53 @ pike HSPU on knees/first 10 pullups green+orange, the rest just green/12kg/instead of burpees did 35 pushups and 35 squats.
    **Yay – first workout doing kipping pullups with just green band!
