5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Scaled Option
5 Pike HSPU
10 Support Pistols
15 Jumping Pull ups

  16. Holiday improvisations! Pullups on a swinging hamoock support, pistols on the top of the steps, handstand pushups to small magazine stack with a towel on top (10kg plate + abmat equivalent).
