Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups
5 Deadlift DB 35/25kg
8 Push-press 60/40kg

Scaled Options
Option A
10 Pull-ups
5 Deadlift 60/40kg
8 Push-press 60/40kg

Option B
10 Pull-ups
5 Deadlift 50/35kg
8 Push-press 50/35kg

Option C
10 Jumping Pull-ups
5 Deadlift Scale as required
8 Push-press

  6. 8 rounds, kb 16kg, push press 16.5kg

  7. 8 + 16 (pull-ups with blue and purple band, KB @ 16kg and push press @ 25kg)

  8. 7 rounds in 13:30 @ 40kg PP, 32kg KB
    Then tweaked something in my back when I relaxed mid-line on the last PP.

  9. 6 rounds + 7 @ green + blue band/12kg KB/16.5kg PP

  10. 5r +20 rx weights,assisted pu

  11. 7 rounds

  12. 10 rounds
    5 were rx’d
    5 @ 40kg push press
    strict pullups
