  8. Neck & neck with Pete, bar the last the 60s.

    17 + 5 + 6 (previous PB of 16 rounds, October 2010)

    Then Back Squats @ 40,60,80,100,120×3 (equal PB)

    Then dropped the bar and couldn’t be bothered re-racking, so Deadlifts @ 120×5, 140×5

  9. 15 rounds + 15 (option B)

  10. wod PB @ 23 rounds and 5 pullups and 10 pushups.
