Deadlift

Option A: 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3. Rest 3 minutes between sets
Option B & C: 5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5. Rest 2 minutes between sets

Option A:

5 rounds for time with a 7 minute time limit:

200m Run
3 Push Jerks 70kg (45kg)
5 Burpees

Option B:

5 rounds for time with a 7 minute time limit:

200m Run
3 Push Jerks – scale load as required
5 Burpees

Option C:

5 rounds for time with a 7 minute time limit:

200m Run
3 Push Jerks – scale load as required
5 Burpees

    (B) @30kg 4 Rounds + a few meters down the road

  4. 3 x DL 60 / 70 / 80/ 85 / 90 (1 rep)

    35kg PJ = 3 rounds + run of 4th

    First time I have done this one. Will have to try it again in 4 weeks
