Option B: 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3. Rest 3 minutes between lifts
Option C: 5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5. Rest 3 minutes between lifts

Back Squats:

Option A: 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2. Rest 1 minutes between lifts
Option B: 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3. Rest 1 minutes between lifts
Option C: 5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5. Rest 1 minutes between lifts
