Option A – Experienced CrossFitters

3 rounds for time of:
Row 500m
12 Deadlift at bodyweight
21 Box jumps 60cm

Option B – Novice CrossFitters

3 rounds for time of:
Row 500m
9 Deadlift at 75% bodyweight
15 Box jumps 51cm

Option C – Beginner CrossFitters

3 rounds for time of:
Row 500m
6 Deadlift at 50% bodyweight
12 Box jumps 30cm

15 minute cut off.

From today CFX will be highlighting a Bench Mark WOD that will be conducted at the start and end of the month.

    Pacing the rower is definately the key and not breaking the deadlifts. Managed to only do the 1st round unbroken.60cm box jumps just sucked! Looking forward to doing this again and making improvements. Great wod though, thanks Steve.

    Box jumps were OK, coming off the rower onto the Deads in the 2nd round was awful

    I’m with Amelia on this on. Pacing the rower is a key. I normally love deadlifts but got off the rower and nearly died.

    Last round on a rower is where I lost some time. My legs were stuffed from box jumps and I rowed mostly with upper body. The goal is not to fall under 1:50 per 500m on a last round.
