  3. Ring dips (purple band) & pullups
    HSPU to 10 and 5 plates & abmat

    12 rounds

    40Kg strict press instead of HSPU.
    Wrists are getting chewed up with this turnout business!

    ring dips + chest to bar pullups
    HSPU plate + abmat

  6. 9 rounds as rxd.

    My forearms only just recovered from rope burn last week, and now after this session I’ve got fresh burn marks. It hurts!

  7. 7 rounds on Valium was a good effort but knocked at all 8 HSPU in one go.
    Mitch I’d be happy to give you a HSPU workshop to improve your performance.
    Hand position is a key component I’d I’d be happy to share it with you.

    Did dips on the rings (with blue band)
    CTB pullups with green band
    HSPU on box.

  10. ring dips orange band/ ctb blue and purple bands
    handstands (no push up)
    box jumps

    7 or 8 rounds + 3 ring dips and 2 ctb

  11. 7 rounds + 3 MU + 3 HSPU

  12. 7 or 8. I lost count.

    On my 4th or so round, missed the box on the jump up, and my shins wore it pretty good. Nice going Sean!
