    DL 180, 200(f), 190(f), 190(f), 190(f) etc… bueller… :(

    The 140 BS was very messy and I fizzled on the DLs, but I managed to keep my name on the blackboard with a new SP PB!!

    Followed by some air squats in pink checkered boxer shorts, then witnessing iMac snap a hammy and feeling really silly in pink boxers!!

  19. Miserable. Every time I do this my squat gets less and less! Started 145 then 112.5 now 105.

    BS – 105
    press – 65
    dead – 140.
    Total – 310

    My lower back felt strange so stopped. I usually do sets of 130 and 140. This was a terrible CFT. Damn it!
