Hey all, I’m hoping to run a marathon in October. I’m a fairly fit bloke and can run alright as well. Does anyone here have a training program 10 -12 weeks in length to prepare for a marathon? I can get my hands on anything. Much appreciated

I was a generally fit 85kg bloke with a 60 minute City to Surf. I followed a 12 week program with a target time of 3.15 and found it excellent. I finished the Sydney marathon in 3.20
