If you do not have a muscle up, we will be working on progressions and assistance drills, as well as a modified version of the workout.

A big Congratulations goes out to all the Aussies and Kiwis that competed in the Games over the weekend. It was also great to see so much support for all the Athletes from fellow Aussies and Kiwis.

    Managed 9 in a row, then got stuck at 29! After 2 minutes and several failed attempts the last one came out as a jumping MU. Next time I’ll try those ring handstand pushups AFTER the WOD!

  7. You did well, and those ring handstand pushups probably did ruin you!

    I smashed 20 pretty quickly in a few minutes. The last 10 killed me. Whoever was behind me observing said it looked like I was doing strict MUs. So after about 5 more I got the hang of it. I wanted to get under 6 minutes!
