Bugger, forgot to share a little anecdote about Cam P.
In the middle of the workout, when the pain, ache and exhaustion start to set in and various illustrious comments about the WOD are uttered, Cam P stoically shared the insight to the Hero WODs with 7PM crew:
[b]“It’s a Hero WOD. It’s designed to do what it’s doing to you right now!”[/b]
To Team CFX I’d just like to say it was great to be a part of the ‘journey’ with you for as long as I could. Just keep in mind the awesome gains we all made over the last 6 months or so. We not only achieved great things individually, but we also did awesome work together as a team. If you ever doubt yourself or your abilities, just look at your WOD results and see all the PBs and 1st time achievements that you were able to accomplish.
