    HSPU to abmat on 10kg bumper plate.

    8 rounds, 2 MU, 2 HSPU.

  2. 4 trans muscle ups
    4 HSPU (with 10 + 5 kg plate + abmat) used to be 2 x 10kg plates + abmat, so improvement!
    8 KB Swing @ 24kg
    16 Double unders

    8 rounds + 3 trans mu’ups
