I remember reading Carl’s posts while he was sick and he was right. How hard is it to sit and read the WOD’s and not be able to do them? Here is a tip for young players, when you are 35 and want to relive the glory days on the football field. Stop and think first, am I warmed up? Have I stretched? If you answer no to these questions then stop you are not as young as you once were. It will more than likely end in an injury and weeks of inactivity. Stick with CrossFit. To Cam P, I hope the 7pm class is well and I hope to be back soon.
