Max body weight back squat
Rest 3 minutes between rounds

  12. How long is the longest pause between squats allowed? If I wait 3-4 seconds after my 15th it so rep, I can keep pumping them out, but with a 2-3 sec rest after 15 I tire fairly quickly? Going for reps, or speed if reps on this one?
