  3. Hi Guys – Thought you might be interested in a quick update from the Phuket International Rugby 10′s tournament.

    We came with 2 teams – 1 over 35′s and an all age group for the youngees – we only had about 6 of them so all us old blokes had to back up and play in two competitions – over 35 and Open. so including pool games and semis I’ve played in 11 rugby games over 3 days – they’re only 2×10 min halves but that’s worse because it’s full on intentsity with us big boys smashing into each other as hard as we can.

    Result
    WINNER of the over 35′s and an hour later RUNNER UP in the OPEN. Not much recovery between those two finals and they were pretty hard fought affairs.

    So I’ve got a nice gold and silver medal set to put in the tropy cabinet. Just need to build one.

  7. wow good work karl!! forgot to write down my wod time same as pauls but ohs at 15k then weighted pullups 3rm 1ok ,12.5k,15k, then 1rm 17.5 k bit wobbly but i will take it!!
