100 Burpees
Partition as needed, any order.

  6. Completed 25 @ 60 then dropped it to 50.
    Time 15:00 min. Feel reallllly lethargic. Should have taken 2 more mins and completed as rx’d in hindesight.
    Then 40 muscle ups in my own time.

  7. 16.12…first 10 at 60kg the dropped back to 50kg..Completed 10 mins after completing 1600run 500row, 800run 500row, 1600run 500row.. Had a pool of sweat at my feel after the Burpees..
