    6 rounds + 1 snatch
    full squat snatch: 2 rounds at 40kg, then 60kg.
    20 DUs
    3 MUs

    Followed by 1RM Snatch.
    65kg (PB: full squat snatch)
    70kg (PB: power snatch + OHS)
