What improvements would make to this meal to keep yourself in the zone?

    Going Paleo mostly so i’d dump the potato & beans & add some Broccoli, Pumpkin & maybe Zucchini

  6. too much protien on the plate..

    to zone it –
    1) get rid of the prawn skewer, and what I assume is a piece of chicken underneath it.
    2) Replace the potato and sour cream with sweet potato (maybe 1/2 a cup)

    3) load up on Salad or some vegies..

  19. I enjoy doing my bodybuilding exercise in the morning . It gives me energy throughout the day. If my workouts were highly intense, I feel great all day long. Supplements are not really necessary with the proper hiit workout , really good nutrition program and the proper rest.

  20. What the hell is wrong with this guy @ the gym..what is he ronnie coleman? Saying “here we go woo! Light weight!light weight!”
