    Yes there were supposed to be Thrusters but the squats were supposed to be air type so in a way the weighted Squats made up for at least part of the thrusters

  7. Looked Diabolical to begin with and by round 4 I was most certainly cursing someone’s name.

    However, after it was all over I have to say I rather enjoyed it.

    Nice to have some different WODs popping up again!
