Yes there were supposed to be Thrusters but the squats were supposed to be air type so in a way the weighted Squats made up for at least part of the thrusters

Just wanted to email you and thank you once again on an Awesome Camp at Binna Burra. I haven't stopped raving about it. I got home Friday and went straight to the Gym Saturday and put it to practice. It is so good. My husband and I are going to go to the Gold Coast CrossFit Gym and get all the workouts and Techniques right.

Looked Diabolical to begin with and by round 4 I was most certainly cursing someone’s name.
However, after it was all over I have to say I rather enjoyed it.
Nice to have some different WODs popping up again!
