Hi Steve.
Just wanted to email you and thank you once again on an Awesome Camp at Binna Burra. I haven't stopped raving about it. I got home Friday and went straight to the Gym Saturday and put it to practice. It is so good. My husband and I are going to go to the Gold Coast CrossFit Gym and get all the workouts and Techniques right.

So i check this site every now and then because you guys post some awesome workouts but i have to say, this video is the funniest thing i have ever seen. My roommate had to pick me up off the floor i was laughing so hard. please post more stuff like this
