    60kg truck Tyre roughly
    two person wod
    one person flips Tyre up and back a 20metre track.
    while person two complete exercisers, then change.
    exercisers:
    Push ups
    Squats
    Burpees
    sit ups
    Kb Swings @24

  19. I recently started this grueling workout and I’ve really noticed a difference. Im famished all the time so I know my metabolism is totally supercharged. I took my measurments before I got going so Im going to wait a couple more weeks before I hop back on the scale. I actually had to put it up to resist the urge to step on and find out how much its changed.
