I recently started this grueling workout and I’ve really noticed a difference. Im famished all the time so I know my metabolism is totally supercharged. I took my measurments before I got going so Im going to wait a couple more weeks before I hop back on the scale. I actually had to put it up to resist the urge to step on and find out how much its changed.
