last August and it was quite entertaining. Lots of big blokes in steel-cap boots liftin’ heavy stuff.

I just wanted to say a BIG THANKS for training me for the past 9months. I am now in the best shape I have ever been in. It has boosted my confidence in so many areas especially when I am constantly complimented by family and friends who have noticed the changes in such a short amount of time.
