    Sash:
    Did 3x 15, 3x 17.5, 3x 20, 2x 22.5, twisted shoulder, tried 20k to no luck, so finished off with 16x 10k to cool down.

    3x 15, 3x 17.5, 3x 20, 2x 22.5, 3x 20
