  1. I would like to wish everyone competing at next weekends CF Sectionals good luck. I hope all your personal goals are reached. Remember your already better off then half the population you’ve got off ur ass! I will see you all at the regional. I’m in training for The North Face 100 solo run in the Blue Mountains the weekend after the regional. Purely CFE & CF wods is my program. Wish me luck.

  7. As rx’d except pushpress was 40kg and box jumps were a little short. Also muscle ups on straight bar, no rings available.
