Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes run 100m forward run 100m backwards.
If you fail to finish within the 2 minutes complete 5 burpees rest, then start again on the next cycle.

Just wanted to email you and thank you once again on an Awesome Camp at Binna Burra. I haven't stopped raving about it. I got home Friday and went straight to the Gym Saturday and put it to practice. It is so good. My husband and I are going to go to the Gold Coast CrossFit Gym and get all the workouts and Techniques right.
