Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes run 100m forward run 100m backwards.
If you fail to finish within the 2 minutes complete 5 burpees rest, then start again on the next cycle.

  6. 5 rnds then 1 rnd – punishment! LOl completed remaining 4 rnds running forwards both ways feeling lightheaded!
