Hey guys Crossfitnorwest is conducting a testing trainning session tomorrow containing 3 challenging WODS in short succession, a couple of top girls from CF Perith are coming to train along-side Kiara. On behalf of rob I would like to extend an invitation to any girls to come out and train in a friendly atmosphere. It may be a good opportunity to see how your trainning is progressing prior to the Sectionals. We start at 8am a should only go for a couple of hours.

I just wanted to say a BIG THANKS for training me for the past 9months. I am now in the best shape I have ever been in. It has boosted my confidence in so many areas especially when I am constantly complimented by family and friends who have noticed the changes in such a short amount of time.
