Run 150m
If you fail to complete a round, 5 Burpees, rest 1minute start again.

    5:05 for Micks surprise lap of the oval

  3. As rxd running shit and 30 mins later
    did the 5 sets Body Weight bench press
    And 5 sets of max pullups with 20 kg kettlebell

    1bench max 1 pull up max. 5 rounds with Ogi thx dude

    After that, my guns are Massive !!!!

  5. Runs were all between 30s – 39s with one at 24s (went too hard on the first one).

    Lap was just <7mins.

    Body weight bench press (85kg)/ 20kg KB chins for max reps 5 rounds:

  8. As a general comment. I’ve noticed an increase in intensity and volume of training from the usual “games” attendees recently and a focus on the task. It’s interesting & empowering to see this & hopefully it will flow through to others as well.
    Methinks the CFX crew are upping the ante for others to chase at the sectionals.

  9. did all 20 rnds without stopping yahoo!! average 43 sec then 1.4 k run 7.57sec

  10. Each sprint varied from 35 – 48 secs…. man the last few were a struggle!
    But there was NOOOO way i was going to do burpee’s today!

    Then 1.3km lap in 8:05.

    8:59sec tough little hill on the run. Could always choose to run down it then up. The harder the better I think!
