As a general comment. I’ve noticed an increase in intensity and volume of training from the usual “games” attendees recently and a focus on the task. It’s interesting & empowering to see this & hopefully it will flow through to others as well.
Methinks the CFX crew are upping the ante for others to chase at the sectionals.

Hi there, thank you, thank you, thank you for the wonderful workout prize, really was great to meet the Commando and participate in his training session. We will certainly continue to do these exercises, in a couple of days, when I can walk again!!

did all 20 rnds without stopping yahoo!! average 43 sec then 1.4 k run 7.57sec
Each sprint varied from 35 – 48 secs…. man the last few were a struggle!
But there was NOOOO way i was going to do burpee’s today!
Then 1.3km lap in 8:05.
