  4. AMRAP in 20 minutes of: Run 400m, Max Pull-Ups: 6 rounds, 43 PU.

    Then worked up to a 1RM Back Squat:
    40(3), 50(3), 55(3), 60(3), 65(3), 67.5, 70, 75, 77.5kg (PB).

    Thanks Kam for the DU tips; got a few more out after you left concentrating more on hand position & wrist rotation.

    50 x 5, 80 x 3, 90 x 3, 100, 110

    Then
    3x 5 weighted pull ups
