that was a very very tough WOD, I laid on floor at 3 and was thinking “fuck it” 3 will do, but this CFX we are talking about, so I got off my tight sweet looking ass and finished it the 5 rounds.
I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten your name, but special thanks to the newish CFX girl member who helped me slowly pick off the last 30 pull ups 2s 3s and 4s at a time till I finished with words of encouragement at a painful time. I want to say I appreciated your support so so much as you counted down those last pull ups, that’s what’s CFX is all about right there, no egos and members cheering others till they finish.
