Just wanted to email you and thank you once again on an Awesome Camp at Binna Burra. I haven't stopped raving about it. I got home Friday and went straight to the Gym Saturday and put it to practice. It is so good. My husband and I are going to go to the Gold Coast CrossFit Gym and get all the workouts and Techniques right.
I will be heading down to Wanda / Green Hills around 9am to do todays WOD if anyone is interested in playing too?!?
