DL @120kg (140kg for first round).
– BW is 88 miles per hour (sadly without the flux capacitor) so 1.5x BW was actually 132kg (I must invest in a new in-head calculator!)
- Managed 10-15 consecutive DUs once momentum built up (still 30 per round) – thanks Steve for scaring me away from 3xskips!!
- Full MUs. Now starting to get consecutive MUs (mostly 2-3 in a row.) – So much easier (if your grip doesn’t turn True!!)
CFX is a team of Coaches brought together by a belief in the Foundations and Principles of CrossFit. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work.
We believe that everyone is an athlete. We work to increase your athletic ability by utilizing constantly varied functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running, executed at high intensity. We will help you reach your goals by increasing the 10 physical skills of an athlete including: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Whether starting from step one or improving an already elite athlete our programming can help you achieve success.
Training with Steve has been the best thing I’ve done for my health. Having a heart problem, Steve assessed my state of health and developed an exercise program specifically for me. I’m fitter and have more flexibility. Steve is a great motivator and is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness. l thoroughly recommend Steve as a Coach, if you are serious about achieving your fitness goals.
