    The lovely Dianne:
    started off with proper hspu, but mixed them with blue bands for the 2nd and 3rd round.
    Dianne and I got along well for about 14 minutes.

    Good to see Mick back on deck, HSPUs unassisted, did 70kilo DLs as I’m thinking of doing the double at 5 or 6 tonight.
