  13. Yep, just as I thought I would have come 3rd…WOD 2 let me down (pullups to slow and bloody ring dips not deeper enuff) for sure I will be working on these. Thank god for the shoot out….:-)

  17. Interesting scores from Top Dog. There are some scores here that would be right in the top few mix with a little improvement in a few specific areas. A few better places in one or the other WOD’s would pull the overall result right up the rankings.
    Encouraging for the Sectionals next year

  25. These guys are phenoms doing it with 135lb Thrusters
    and Under 3mins is redunculous.
    From a coaching perspective…I would have made them touch sternum to bar to ensure proper height on pull ups…they are a bit short on range of motion but I fully understand….
    have done Fran a number of times….I feel their pain
