At CFX

As many Clean and Jerk as possible in 20 minutes.

1 round of Cindy, followed by 1 Clean and Jerk at 70kg, 1 round of Cindy 2 Clean and Jerk. Continue for 20 minutes increasing the Clean and Jerk by 1 each round.

    Messed around with pre-wod fuel which made me pay in tears.

    No jerk due to slight shoulder issue
    completed 7 rounds in 10min

    Run 40m soft sand
    10 – 1 burpees

  10. 7.5 rnds rx’d

  11. Subbed 30 kg thrusters due to elbow injury.
    Rest as Rx’d
    9 Rounds plus 5 Pull ups, 10 push ups & 12 Squats

    That’s 100 push ups – do i get credit on tomorrow Simone?
