		<description>Its taken me a handful of practises in the past 3wks in doing DUs (bloody things :-@ ).  First DU in yesterday&#039;s warm up b4 5pm WOD with the boyz.....very very happy and thanks!  Its a good thing that this morning&#039;s WOD had DUs to keep me DUing alongwith counting them...that made me happy.....12:11@30kg OHS......nice!</description>
