  4. Its taken me a handful of practises in the past 3wks in doing DUs (bloody things :-@ ). First DU in yesterday’s warm up b4 5pm WOD with the boyz…..very very happy and thanks! Its a good thing that this morning’s WOD had DUs to keep me DUing alongwith counting them…that made me happy…..12:11@30kg OHS……nice!
