Just wanted to say Thank you for the BIGGEST LOSER.
Love your training and no excuses style and just by watching you on TV with no change to my diet I have already lost 5 kilos and feel so much more dude.
Could just smack the ones that walk out - to be trained by you, Shannon, Michelle , Bob or Jillian is such a gift and they don't know how lucky they are.
Anyway love your work and thanks so much for positive inspiration.

Congrats John – Well deserved!
Its taken me a handful of practises in the past 3wks in doing DUs (bloody things :-@ ). First DU in yesterday’s warm up b4 5pm WOD with the boyz…..very very happy and thanks! Its a good thing that this morning’s WOD had DUs to keep me DUing alongwith counting them…that made me happy…..12:11@30kg OHS……nice!
