    Got the clean but not the jerk at 55kg – a PR for the clean.

  9. 100kg,110kg,115kg (PB),120kg(f)(PB)
    Got the 120 clean three times but failed the jerk.
    Good work on the PBs today!

  13. 100 burpees for time. Every time you stop you need to do 50 skips:
    Sash:
    24:35 with 350 skips

    Megs:
    19:45 with 400 skips
