  1. beach wod 21/18/15/12/9/6/3 kb swings 16k, then walking lunges 20m,pushups,burpee broadjumps 20m,squats (x3eg 63,54 etc) then run time 30.35 sec

    sit-ups instead of KTEs
    Green band chin-ups instead of pull-ups

    Thought this would be a good WOD so I did a little test run 2 hours after my normal WOD.

    3 rounds FAR OUT. Did 30kg thrusters and SDHP. Rx pull ups and KTE. Averaged 5 min per round with my ‘post -Angie’ arms. Looking forward to Saturday when we will do the whole 10 yards…
