Thought this would be a good WOD so I did a little test run 2 hours after my normal WOD.
3 rounds FAR OUT. Did 30kg thrusters and SDHP. Rx pull ups and KTE. Averaged 5 min per round with my ‘post -Angie’ arms. Looking forward to Saturday when we will do the whole 10 yards…
