  11. 14:09 – added kettlebell 1.5 pood swings in with the burpees and pullups – was the walking lunges supposed to be at the end of each set of 9/15/21 or just at the end of 21? Anyway I did the 30m at the end of the three sets with 10kg overhead.

    Last 400m was a killer, loving it. Got my first muscle up just before doing this one too :D
